I have over 14 years experience in the travel industry, working in tour operation prior to joining Black Diamond. This has helped me garner a full understanding of the travel trade ecosystem.

I joined Black Diamond 9 years ago and during that time have worked on managing and developing the travel trade side of the agency, including working with California DMO’s.

My current role as Trade Director has me developing the travel trade strategy, managing tour operator, airline and cruise line relationships, destination development, overseeing co-op campaigns, trade show participation, as well as the day to day of travel trade representation.
