Antonio Paradiso is an accomplished senior leader with an extensive career spanning the global cruise and travel industry. He began his professional journey with the British Consulate in Italy before joining MSC Cruises in 2008, where his passion for the sector truly took shape.

As Commercial Manager for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, Antonio played a pivotal role in strengthening MSC Cruises’ market presence and driving significant growth across the region. His success led to a move in 2012 to the company’s headquarters in Geneva, where he took on the role of Executive Director for Asia and Emerging Markets. In this capacity, he oversaw the strategic direction and performance of more than 30 countries, further expanding the brand’s international footprint.

In early 2016, Antonio was appointed Managing Director for MSC Cruises in the UK & Ireland, where he delivered sustained growth and elevated the brand’s position in one of its most competitive markets. He later also became Managing Director for the UK & Ireland for Explora Journeys, MSC Group’s luxury cruise brand upon its launch in 2021.

Recognised for his leadership and commercial achievements, Antonio was promoted in 2024 to Vice President of International Sales for MSC Group’s Cruise Division. In this strategic global role, he oversees sales operations across the UK & Ireland, Australia, South Africa, and Scandinavia, driving further expansion for the Group’s cruise brands worldwide.
