Dave Mills is Chief Commercial Officer of Iglu.com, the UK’s leading specialist cruise travel agency, now part of Flight Centre Travel Group following its acquisition in December 2025. Having joined the business in 2003 and brokered its very first commercial cruise deal, Dave has spent over two decades shaping Iglu’s product and commercial strategy — building relationships across the world’s leading cruise lines and steering the digital innovation that took Iglu from niche specialist to market leader.
Today, Dave leads Iglu’s commercial function, working across its full portfolio of cruise line partners on trading, pricing and supply strategy — always guided by a simple philosophy: the right customer on the right cruise line delivers the right margin. His deep understanding of how cruise customers behave across their entire journey, from first enquiry to repeat booking, continues to underpin Iglu’s commercial approach.
A key speaker at the London Cruise Summit on 14 September, Dave’s impact on UK cruise retailing was recognised at the end of last year when he was inducted into CLIA’s Hall of Fame.
