Gerard Nolan is Vice President and Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa at Royal Caribbean, overseeing the brand’s commercial, sales and marketing operations across the region. Based in the UK office, Gerard leads the EMEA business during a key period of growth for the brand. This includes the recent European debut of Legend of the Seas in July 2026, the continued expansion of its Icon Class fleet, and the development of Royal Caribbean’s destination portfolio, including the newly opened Royal Beach Club Santorini.

Gerard joined Royal Caribbean Group in 2016 and has held several leadership roles across the organisation, including senior positions with Celebrity Cruises, before joining Royal Caribbean in 2024. He brings extensive experience across the cruise, travel and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on international commercial strategy, brand growth and guest experience.

Gerard was appointed to the Board of RCL Cruises Ltd. in June 2024. Gerard is Irish and studied hospitality management at Shannon College of Hotel Management.
