Lee Hayhurst joined Real Response Media as Editorial Director after spending 13 years at Jacobs Media Group, publisher of UK B2B travel trade market leader Travel Weekly and specialist travel and technology title Travolution. He was Head of News at Travel Weekly and editor of Travolution before moving to focus full time on Travolution as Executive Editor as the brand became a key part of the group’s international growth. He first joined the travel industry in 2005 initially at Travel Weekly and then Travel Trade Gazette before returning to Travel Weekly. Prior to that he began his career in journalism in regional newspapers in London and spent a year on dot com sports website producer Sportal. Outside of work his three teenage children keep him busy and he volunteers at his sons’ youth football team, enjoys travel and is a keen support of his home town rugby league club St Helens.
